Update

Had my monthly check-up at the OB today, and he said everything is looking great! All normal results from the big u/s and 2nd trimester screen..woohoo!!! I then casually mentioned to him that I was curious about whether you were supposed to get video, or just still pictures from the big u/s because they told us to bring a blank dvd/vhs (NOT just CD)..so I had assumed video, but was disappointed when it was only stills. On my way out, he checked with one of the u/s techs, and came back to tell me that if I bring a blank DVD to my next appointment, he will do a quick u/s so I can get the movement on DVD! WOOHOO!!! I get to see Carter again in only 4 more weeks!!!

Besides that, Carter is definitely moving around and kicking me a LOT. Sometimes I can go a long stretch without feeling him, but at other times I think he is really abusing my uterus. It is SO awesome though, and always makes me stop to smile (and feel with my hand if I'm not in a public place since the kicking is sometimes below my pants line...lol). I Told Mike "I don't think I'll ever get tired of feeling this...well...maybe when it really starts to hurt!" I'm surprised the OB said only about 50% of women can even feel movements at this point yet, but it's A LOT!

Just waiting to hear back from our realtor about #'s on the house. If we get decent/good news - it's going up for sale in a few weeks, so I'm planning to spend all of my spring break next week doing little fixes. WOw...so many BIG changes are coming, and so many more COULD be right around the corner!
