18 Weeks!

Wow - time is going by both fast and slow! In a way, I feel like baby will never actually be here...but at the same time - I can't believe I'm already 18 weeks and only ONE WEEK away from finding out if it's a boy or girl!

Friday I went "home" to Lockport to visit my family (and drop off my car for my bro to sell) and was wearing one of my new maternity shirts. My mom commented how much bigger I was than last weekend. I probably am, from all those ligaments I've felt stretching, but I also think wearing maternity clothes just makes you look bigger anyways. Then Saturday when DH got there - he walks in the door and the first thing he says to me is "WOAH - look at that belly!" Of course, all week, I've really only seen him while I was sleeping since we work opposite shifts.

So that being said - here's my updated 18w (Saturday night) belly shots, with previous ones to compare:

My little nephew is so cute. Last week he asked if I had the baby yet...this week he pulled me aside and said "I forgot...when are you going to have the baby?" I think he's really excited!

On our way back yesterday, we drove by a few houses for sale (not on purpose, they were just on our way) - and I commented how I'm so confused about what I want. I LOVE my job and the area we live in, and all of our friends and his family are there. But I'd also LOVE to be back by my family (dad=daycare!) and possibly build our own house on my parents' farm. He said "Oh, I thought you were already set on moving back?" So we started talking about it again (since HE brought it up)...and though we're not ready to move yet, I think we're going to look into the costs/possibilities of a pre-fab house. I have so many mixed feelings, but I'm psyched that DH brought it up this time.
