I FAILED :-(

I called the dr. this afternoon to see if the results from my blood tests Friday had come in. The one I was most concerned with was the one to test for Pre-Eclampsia since I had some protein in my urine Friday.

Well, nurse called back and said the only problem is with my glucose - it's "a bit high". She proceeded to tell me that I would be referred to a dietician, would probably have to test my blood sugar 3-4 times/day, and starting at 32 weeks I'd have 2 appointments per week (one that would be some sort of biophysical profile with an ultrasound..and one that's just a nurse consult).

*Not to mention they don't know yet that at 32 weeks I'm switching OBs due to moving..what a mess!

Anyways, I said "Oh, I Thought if you 'failed', you go for the 3hr test".....nope..my levels were high enough I go straight to the dietician...*sigh*....
